A block accommodation booking has been reserved for conference delegates at the Scenic Hotel Marlborough, Copthorne Hotel Marlborough and Chateau Marlborough.

All bookings for accommodation at the following Hotels must be made through ForumPoint2 using the Registration Form. The hotels will not accept direct bookings. Notification of any alterations of cancellations must be sent in writing by email, fax or post to ForumPoint2 and NOT to the hotels directly.

Payment for Accommodation

Accommodation bookings must be guaranteed with credit card, and a credit card number must accompany your booking request. This will be forwarded to the hotels. Guests are responsible for all room, tax, incidentals and any cancellation charges.

Cancellation Policy

In accordance with the hotels cancellation policy, cancellations or amendments giving less than 48 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of one night’s accommodation.

No Shows

In the event of a “no-show” or cancellation to a booked room on the day of arrival, there will be a full accommodation charge from the hotel.

The New Zealand Contractors’ Federation (NZCF) are extremely excited about this year's conference being held in beautiful Marlborough on 1st - 4th August.
